Methodists were witnessing and forming a church in Anaconda from the smelter city's earliest days. What is now The United Methodist Church of Anaconda was established in 1884. The congregation continues to meet in the historic brick structure in downtown Anaconda that was dedicated in 1891. Sunday worship begins at 11:00am all year. Visitors are always welcome. Ample parking with room for RVs available just across Oak Street.
