Grasshopper Campground

Grasshopper Campground is located in Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest. At an elevation of 6,900 feet, the campground encompasses 9 acres with 24 designated campsites. The basic facilities including restrooms, picnic area for day use and drinking water are offered. Fishing and hiking may be enjoyed nearby. The campground is adjacent to Grasshopper Creek in a steep canyon. Pets are welcome at Grasshopper Campground if they are kept on a leash. The maximum recommended trailer length for the area is 25 feet. Please limit your stay to 16 days.

Directions
Travel 3 miles south of Dillon on Interstate 15. Next, take the Highway 278 exit and drive west on the Highway 278 for 22 miles. Finally, take Pioneer Scenic Byway Road 73 north for 13 miles.
