Blast from the Past! A celebration of the west's largest historical landmark district.
Saturday and Sunday:
12:00pm: Train departs from the Rarus Yards Round House at 800 West Commercial.
Saturday:
10:00am - 5:00pm: Season opening of Anaconda Railroad & Mining Museum. No admission fee.
10:00am - 5:00pm: Tours of Roundhouse and turntable at Rarus Yards. Must be 18 years or older. Admission $5. Tours will start every 20 minutes and will be limited to groups of 10. One of 3 operating roundhouses in the US.
10:00am - 4:00pm: Exhibit at the Copper Village Arts Center at 401 Commercial. No admission fee. Red Bus tours of historic Anaconda departs from the Visitor Center at 306 East Park. Admission.
7:00pm: History of Western Montana at the Little Theatre at Anaconda High School at Fifth and Main. Reception to follow. Admission $2.
Sunday
10:00am - 2:00pm: Copper King Excursion Train departs from Railroad Museum. Adults: $25, Seniors (60 yrs +) $17, Students (6-18 yrs) $17.
10:00am - 5:00pm: Anaconda Railroad & Mining Museum. No admission fee.

Blast from the Past events will be centered at the historic Butte, Anaconda & Pacific Railroad general office in Anaconda at 300 West Commercial and at the Roundhouse, two blocks farther west.
From I-90 take Highway 1. From east of Anaconda, drive west on Commercial to conner of Commercial and Locust Street. From west of Anaconda, drive east on Park Street to Locust Street, turn left and drive one block.
