Gilbert Brewery - The Brewery Follies
The Gilbert Brewery now hosts The Brewery Follies, a risque contemporary American-burlesque-cabaret musical and skit show. Throughout the summer lines start early to view the madcap antics of this professional troupe.
In addition to several mainstream beers, it's an appropriate nod to the site's history that an excellent Bayern Beer is served. This particular beer is craft-brewed in Missoula by Jurgen Knoller, a German immigrant trained at Wiensteffan. We are also proud to serve other Montana microbrews on tap. The local favorite, Moose Drool, is a tasty nut-brown ale brewed by Missoula's Big Sky Brewing Company. We now feature Gilbert's Beer brewed at Lewis and Clark Brewery in Helena, Montana.
Open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Two shows daily at 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Call 406-843-5218 for reservations.

The Gilbert Brewery is located on the east end of Virginia City, one block north off Wallace, the main street. It sits next to Henry Gilbert's beautiful Brewery Park, pleasantly shaded by the willow trees planted by Gilbert over a hundred years ago.
